H.4756 — known as the “Student Physical Privacy Act” — is a dangerous bill moving through the South Carolina legislature that targets transgender and gender-diverse students. If passed, this legislation would restrict access to bathrooms, locker rooms, housing, and overnight accommodations in public schools and colleges based on sex assigned at birth.
